I.T.S. Engineering College, continued its fourth day of orientation for the freshers and had Smt. J. Shobha who is Asst. Director National Training Academy, Ministry of Labour as a chief guest speaker .

The program initiated by a welcome address by Prof. Anjali Gupta, the co-ordinator of the program who presented her brief appraisal of her career. Mrs Shobha has done her graduation and post graduation in Hindi from Miranda House, Delhi University. She served a long tenure as Class I Gazetted Officer with Ministry of Labour, Government of India. She was instrumental in setting up efficiency levels of National Training Academy, which was required to impart “on the job” trainings to various groups of employees work efficiency. She has 35 years experience of conducting need based trainings,, seminars, workshops for different stakeholders within Ministry of labor in various offices across multiple states. She also handled many important tasks including publication of magazines and promoting Hindi at work place in the designated areas.

A bouquet of flowers was presented by the CRC Head Mr. Ritesh Pandey to the Chief guest . Lamp lighting and Saraswati vandana as usual marked the beginning and students were addressed by Smt. J. Shobha who is Asst. Director National Training Academy, Ministry of Labour on Behavior and Etiquettes, essential ingredients to a successful life.

She explained the different behavior and etiquettes to be followed in office and social surroundings with the help of beautiful presentations and videos. She motivated all the students to always respect their parents and never to forget them, who are responsible to rear them to this stage and provide them with the best. They should never to forget their goals, and teachers are their gurus to be revered and respected, to follow the honest path and serve for our nation should be the spirit.

The program ended with handing token of appreciation by CRC Head Mr. Ritesh Pandey. who also extended vote of thanks in a very inspiring way to the Esteemed guest , faculties , staff and students who put in their hard efforts to organize and coordinate the event .
