Tata Motors launches GenX Nano at Rs 2.2-2.9 lakh

Tata MotorsBSE -2.00 % will roll out the all-new GenX Nano on Tuesday in what could be a make-or-break move for the brand.

The GenX Nano, repositioned as a Smart City Car, will come in a record 21 different options and offer all the bells and whistles including automatic transmission and Bluetooth connectivity, is expected to take on entry hatchbacks Maruti SuzukiBSE 0.22 % Alto and Hyundai Eon, which sell about 15,000 units every month.
