New Delhi (India), 9th April 2023: According to a Page Six article, after dating for six years, British actor Joe Alwyn and American singer Taylor Swift have called it quits. The separation between the pair was amicable, and it occurred a few weeks ago.
While Ms. Swift was travelling across the US for her fully booked Eras tour, news of the breakup broke. It was previously known that Mr. Alwyn planned to see Ms. Swift perform live and would occasionally travel with her.
Over the years, the two also started working together on music, which resulted in a Grammy Award triumph. Alwyn and Swift collaborated on the albums Folklore and Evermore, he created several songs for those albums under the alias, William Bowery.
Evermore was also nominated in the 2022 Grammys, although Folklore ultimately won the award for album of the year in 2021.
However, their breakup has shocked fans around the world. The couple appeared to be going strong and fans were speculating an upcoming engagement.
An informed source told the media, “It wasn’t dramatic. (The relationship) just ran its course. It’s why (Mr Alwyn) hasn’t been spotted at any shows.”
