GLASGOW, November 30, 2021: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has won the 2021 Hr Network Scotland National Award in the category Best Employer/ Workplace of the Year.
The Hr Network Scotland National Awards acknowledge and reward leaders in the HR profession in Scotland. The Best Employer/ Workplace of the Year category takes the whole organisation into consideration, with judges looking for evidence and accreditations that reflect a positive workplace culture and work-life balance.
TCS was selected as the winner in recognition of its industry-leading job creation and staff satisfaction. TCS impressed the judges in overcoming the challenges of Covid-19, early in the pandemic, by seamlessly transitioning to Secure Borderless Workspaces™, a resilient and adaptable remote working model to protect the health and well-being of all its employees and ensure business continuity for customers.
TCS has been driving remote upskilling and reskilling initiatives for its diverse workforce through its digital learning platform ‘iEvolve’.
