As a result of the “Digital wave” taking the world by a storm, the stage is unquestionably set for a big time ‘Digital revolution’, one that promises to bring about a drastic transformation in the day to day lives of every denizen.

With the objective of effectively spreading the message of technology and digitization in the corporate sector, Tech HR 2015 organized its second annual event on 20th and 21st August in Leela Ambience, Gurgaon.

The two day event titled “Driving on Digital” witnessed an impressive congregation of delegate members from all over the globe. The key Agenda of the conclave was to offer a platform for HR Leaders to come together for debating, sharing the best practices and connecting with each other.

 

“People Matters” in sync with “CareerBuilder India” were one of the main organizers and key exhibitors of the two day Tech HR Conclave which provided business leaders a perfect opportunity to deliberate on how technology impacts the way organizations manage people. Another significant aspect being how this ‘disruption’ would eventually pave the way to a new, tech-savvy and forward-looking face of HR.

 

The notable organizations in the Conclave included the likes of Adrenalin, PeopleStrong, ADP Pvt Ltd, Edenred, SAP, Pluralsight, FranklinCovey, Qilo, Adobe, Amazon.in, Shine.com, Nitovate, Zeta, DDI, Arrows Group to name a few.

The Conclave saw the convergence of new and innovative session formats to enhanced participation and generation of new ideas. The distinctive aspect of the Conclave were the enlightening speeches delivered by World Class Corporate Leaders who meticulously shared their expertise, besides moderating discussions and motivating the audiences towards ‘forward thinking’. Noteworthy amongst the speakers were Karan Bajwa (Microsoft Corporation INDIA Pvt Ltd), Madan Nagaldinner (Head, HR Facebook New York), Michelle Clyde (Regional Vice President SAP APJ), Pankaj Bansal (Co founder and CEO People Strong) and many more.

 

On the occasion, CareerBuilder India presented one of their products named “Big Data Analytics Suite” (BDAS) which effortlessly integrates data from multiple sources into single analytical dashboards, thereby enabling the user to gain a comprehensive insight into the effectiveness of the entire recruitment strategy. The Spotlight Awards 2015 launched by “PeopleMatters” were given in two major categories namely “Start ups” and “Seed”. The awards were bagged by “Tharakan Web Innovations” in the category “Futurism in Recruitment”, “Knolskape” in the category “Futurism in Talent Management”, “RippleHire” in the category “Futurism in HR Analytics”, and “TalentWoot” in the Seed category.

Despite certain uncertainties, a considerable segment of HR Leaders, practitioners and service providers congregated to deliberate, debate, share best practices and connect with each other under one roof.

It was not difficult to gauge the predominant sentiment emanating from the event that the participants were all, by and large, highly enthused with the take away’s from this Conclave.

 

Going by the enthusiasm and the euphoria, the Conclave was successful in evoking an overwhelming response from the representatives of the top ranked companies of the world, and the various tech companies.
