Technical Training on Basic Pneumatics through SMC Centre of Excellence in I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida

Newly established Centre of Excellence in I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida under the banner of Mechanical Engineering Department in collaboration of SMC Pneumatics initiated its first batch of training program in the “Basics of Pneumatics”. The programme was inaugurated by institute director Dr. Vineet Kansal in the presence of SMC representatives, Mechanical Faculty members and trainees from academia and industry. The training is scheduled for one week starting from 8^th June 2015 to 13^th June 2015.

In all, 24 trainees have been registered for this first batch and they will be guided on different working modules by Dr. B. P. Sharma, Mr. Manvendra Yadav and Mr. Harsh Gupta. Department Head, Dr. Sanjay Yadav and Director Dr. Vineet Kansal extended their best wishes to all the participants and anticipated that the training provided through this medium shall take a long journey to meet the challenges lying ahead in the industry domain and help the trainees to fill the academia-industry gap and come out with flying colours. The inauguration also marked the welcome of Mr. V.G.G Saptha and Mr. Santosh Gautam, the technical trainers from SMC Pneumatics to impart training to the registered batch.
