Mr.Pramod Sharma, Director – Principal, Genesis Global School clarifies the current issue regarding the status of the land on which the School is running.

What do you have to say about the current issue regarding Genesis Global School?

Noida Development Authority had earmarked this land for educational institution purpose in the master plan for Noida. We, Genesis Global School, are the bonafide and lawful Allottee of this land from the Noida Development Authority in 2004. A lease deed was duly executed and registered with the concerned authorities in 2006. The current issue is between the Gram Sabha and Noida Development Authority.

What are the steps taken by the school?

We have already written to the District Magistrate and the CEO of the Noida Development Authority clarifying our position and proving our bonafides.

Will the School continue to function normally?

Yes. The strong bonafides of the School will ensure that the school community has nothing to worry and the school shall continue to function in normal course. We assure the parents and guardians that there is no reason to believe that the students of the school would suffer or their studies would be hampered.
