‘The Kashmir Files’ gets ‘tax-free’ status in UP and 5 other states
Director Vivek Agnihotri’s recent movie, ‘The Kashmir Files’, has been declared tax-free in six states including Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Goa and Haryana.
The movie which was released last week on Friday (March 11), is earning a lot of praise from all across India.
Written and by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Zee Studios, the film depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir following systematic killings of people from the community by Pakistan-backed terrorists.
It stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi among others.
