THE PROOF OF INCREASING INCLINATION TOWARDS BJP AND PRIME MINISTER SHRI NARENDRA MODI AMONG THE DALIT AND MINORITY COMMUNITIES

The proof of increasing inclination towards BJP and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi among the Dalit and minority communities was seen today when former Central Minister Smt. Krishna Tirath connected with one of the most respected dalit political families of Delhi joined BJP today.

In a press conference organized at BJP office Pradesh President Shri Satish Upadhyay welcomed Smt. Krishna Tirath in BJP family in the presence of Pradesh Incharge and MP Shri Prabhat Jha, MP Dr. Udit Raj and National Secretary Sardar R.P. Singh.

On this occasion Pradesh Incharge Shri Prabhat Jha said that with Krishna and Tirath joining BJP today a new energy has been generated. This shows that not only the dalits but also the dalit thinkers are connecting with BJP’s thinking.

Pradesh President Shri Satish Upadhyay said that Smt. Krishna Tirath is from a successful political family in Delhi since three generations. She has been public representative for three decades i.e. from the year 1983 to 2014. Although there was difference in our political thinking yet Smt. Krishna Tirath maintained decency in politics. We believe that our party will get support among the dalits in West Delhi. Shri Upadhyay said that the party has got a good worker from the minority community in Maulana Md. Abubakar Ashraf.

On this occasion MP Dr. Udit Raj said that BJP is marching ahead in a new form and BJP has become popular among the dalits and backwards due to the slogan of Prime Minister Shri Narendra ModiSabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.  He also welcomed Smt. Krishna Tirath that she will prove to be a boon to the party.

Smt. Krishna Tirath said that I have been feeling suffocated in the Congress party since long and the way in which Shri Narendra Modi Government has worked, with honesty and new style of administration during the last 7 months, has influenced me. The dalit community of the country is connecting with BJP with new zeal and during my interaction with social groups, I have found that Shri Narendra Modi has great sympathy for the dalit community. This feeling has inspired me to join BJP and I did so immediately. I will visit every nook and corner of Delhi and campaign for BJP especially among the dalits and jhuggi clusters.
