Traffic jams considerably reduce risk of road accidents in Delhi
Traffic officials believe that massive traffic jams in the Capital have been responsible for slowing down speed of vehicles to not more than 50-60 kmph and therefore chances of fatal and non-fatal accidents get reduced.
