New Delhi: Commenting over Muzzafarpur children home rape cases, Union State Minister for Health Ashwini Kumar Choubey on Monday said that Muzzafarpur incident is heinous and state government has initiated CBI probe into it.
However, taking a jibe over former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s comment of ‘Raavan Raj in Bihar’ he said, “Those who are heir of Raavan are saying such things today which is shocking. He has no right to say so.”
He gave this shocking statement on the sidelines of an event in Delhi on Monday.
Earlier, he gave away Lions Humanitarian Award 2018 to Apollo Hospitals Chairman Dr. Prathap C Reddy for his remarkable work in medical field.
Speaking at the event Union Minister said, “Government of India has already given Padma Vibhushan to PC Reddy for his commendable work and Lions Humanitarian Award 2018 is adding another glory in his personality.”
Later, he also said that Dr. Reddy has already adopted 170 villages and making it at par with urban, “I urged to Dr.Reddy to adopt the villages of my constituency (Buxar – Bihar),”
During the event, Lions Club and Apollo Hospitals Group tied hands to make India more healthy. Under the scheme, Apollo Hospital will give health card to Lion Club members and they will have access to the hospitals every time.
