University to keep entrance test for BMS admissions

The DU administration on Monday decided to continue with the entrance exam for admission to bachelor with honours in management studies (BMS). Admissions to the course, which was introduced last year, will now be conducted on the basis of Class XII marks and an entrance exam.

According to joint dean of students’ welfare and media coordinator, Malay Neerav, “Admission to BMS will be based on an entrance test and the Class XII best-of-four percentage. Both scores will be given equal weightage (50%). Other details of the admission process will be finalized by the office of the dean of students’ welfare soon.
