UP govt lifts Sunday lockdown in the state
The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday announced to lift the Sunday lockdown amid the rapid decline in number of Covid cases in the state.
On August 11, the Uttar Pradesh government had introduced partial relaxations in weekly lockdown by allowing shops and business establishments to open on Saturdays.
