The UP infrastructure and industrial development commissioner, Alok Ranjan, on Sunday asked Noida Authority to submit a report on the Emerald Court matter. Ranjan said all facts are being verified and stringent action would be taken against the guilty. Officials will also be asked the exact reason for not implementing UP Apartment Act.
