A ‘Smart City’ enables all human activities through high-tech intelligent infrastructure, such as high-speed networks and control center and information service to create an ecosystem which improves quality of life and living in a city. Wave City, developed by Wave Group, is India’s first and largest smart city project. Located on the NH24, the newest suburb of Delhi, the project is based on the IBM-enabled smart city concept.
