New Delhi, 24th April, 2022: The NCP (Nationalist Congress Party) President, Sharad Pawar has alleged Union Home Minister of failing to stop commonunal riots in New Delhi, at a rally in Kohlapur.
“While Delhi was burning due to communal riots. Although the state of Delhi is controlled by CM Arvind Kejriwal but its police comes under the Union Home Ministry handled by Amit Shah. Shah failed to protect the city from communal riots,” he said.
He also stated that whenever a world leader visits India, they are taken to Gujarat only and not to other States. Whether it was then-US President Donald Trump, Chinese President Xi Jinping, or the most recent visit of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, they were all taken to Gujarat and not to any other state. Pawar taunts the government of dividing the country by stating “We are fighting a big battle to keep our country unified.”
