Workshop on “Motivational Session by Successful Entrepreneur” held at ITS Engineering College
The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of ITS Engineering College organized a highly impactful workshop titled “Motivational Session by Successful Entrepreneur” The event, aimed at encouraging students to explore entrepreneurship and innovation, featured Vivek Kumar Singh, the Founder of VS Energy Harmonization & Automation Pvt. Ltd., who shared his entrepreneurial journey and experiences.
The workshop, which was attended by a large number of students, faculty, and staff, served as an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs. Vivek Kumar Singh, a seasoned entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the field of energy and automation, discussed the challenges, opportunities, and rewards of building a business from the ground up. His speech resonated with the audience as he spoke about resilience, creativity, and the importance of never giving up, even when facing setbacks.
The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Mayank Garg, President of the IIC-ITSEC and Director of ITS Engineering College. Dr. Garg emphasized the significance of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students and highlighted how innovation is key to addressing the challenges of the modern world. He reiterated the role of IIC in supporting and encouraging students to develop their entrepreneurial skills and make meaningful contributions to society.
In his keynote address, Vivek Kumar Singh shared his personal experiences, from the initial hurdles he faced to the strategies he used to scale his business successfully. He spoke about his company, VS Energy Harmonization & Automation Pvt. Ltd., and its role in advancing sustainable energy solutions through innovative technologies. He also encouraged students to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success and to always look for opportunities to innovate and create value in their respective fields.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Convener of the IIC-ITSEC, who expressed gratitude to the guest speaker for his valuable insights and to the attendees for their active participation. Dr. Ranjan also praised the IIC for continuously organizing such events, which inspire students to think outside the box and explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path.
