YMCA organises Talk on Rising India in global scenario

Faridabad – Every Indian is proud to say that it would be soon be recognised as a super power and a ‘Vishwa Guru’.  In order to apprise the students of the power of the country the YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad organised a lecture on ‘Vishwa Paridrishya Me Ubharata Bharat’. Prominent expert Sh. Ravi Ayyar who has authored many books and an expert in Vedic Mathematics delivered the Lecture. The programme was organised by the Vivekanand Manch of the University in association with Initiative for Moral Cultural Training (IMAT), Gurgaon.

Sh. Ravi Ayyar has conducted more than 200 Yoga camps and 200 youth motivational camps in 40 countries and has conducted over 500 workshops on Vedic Mathematics at many prestigious universities in 20 countries. At present, he is associated with Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh as Saha Samyojak and Advisor of Centre for International Studies, Mumbai.

The programme started with the lighting of the lamp. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dinesh Kumar welcomed Sh. Ayyar and said that the objective of such lectures is to inculcate moral values and assist students in overall growth of their personality. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Coordinator of Vivekanand Manch.

Sh. Ravi Ayyer gave a very passionate speech in Hindi, in which he highlighted the role of the Indian living in western countries and their contributions to that country. Sh. Ayyer reminded students by giving examples that Indians with their hard work and intelligence have succeeded in every field and been always the frontrunner in the world. He said that behind the success of world’s renowned companies, the contribution of Indians has been commendable.

He also said that in the field of research, all major US universities are dominated by Indians and India has been emerging as a mighty scientific power in the world through its indigenous Information Technology, Super Computers and rocket technologies.
