Asus Republic of Gamers announces ROG Masters 2017 India and APAC Qualifiers

NEW DELHI : Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) on Wednesday announced that the ROG Masters 2017, India and South Asia qualifiers and the finals will be hosted at Bangalore on August 19. The registrations will start from Wednesday onwards and tournament is divided into 4 continents Asia Pacific (APAC) , America’s, China and The Middle East and Africa (EMEA).


Peter Chang, Regional Head, Asus India, said, our endeavour has always been to provide the largest and latest innovative hardware to the gamers world wide and last year, we officially entered the world of ESports with the first ever ROG masters. It witnessed astounding success and this year we go global across 30 countries.

 

This is an opportunity for all the gamers in India to showcase their prowess and be a part of the largest global ESports phenomenon, he added.

 

ROG masters 2017 will feature over 20 top professional teams across the globe and offered a prize pool of US $500,000, respectively.
