International Women’s Day falls on March 8 every year. The day brings together global governments, women’s organisations, businesses and charities together under the banner of International Women’s Day.The day itself will be marked with talks, performances, rallies, networking events and marches.
As PM Modi has always been a vocal proponent of women empowerment. On Thursday, Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha celebrated International Women’s day at BJP Office. Health Check up was also Organised for Women’s by BJP Delhi President Manoj Tiwari. Lecture on cancer prevention was also one of the highlights of the programme.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, The BJP Mahila Morcha Collectively Said, “The first step for empowering women starts at home when parents give equal opportunities to their sons and daughters to pursue education and the freedom to take decisions. women face what is often egregious discrimination.
