CM Uttarakhand Harish Rawat files complaint against PM at Election Commission

New Delhi: Cheif Minister Uttarakhand Harish Rawat along with other senior party leader on Monday has filed a complaint against Narendra Modi in the election commission of India.

He said that the BJP has violated the laws of election commission by organising rally during elections without permission.

“Modi without taking permission from Election Commission held rally in Utrakhand,” Rawat said.

While talking to media persons here after meeting with the commission members, he said that the BJP has not even submitted its documents of expenses of the rally.

He further alleged that the concerned MLA has not permitted them to take rally which is a violation and should be complained.

However the Election Commission of India has taking the complaint aganist the prime minister.
