NEW DELHI : Business software provider Tally Solutions today launched its latest version of the accounting and compliance software, Tally.ERP 9 in New Delhi.
The new version of Tally has been made GST (Goods and Sevices Tax) ready. GST is going to be implemented in the country on July 1st.
“A beta version of the software is available to download for free at www.tallysolutions.com/gst for users to experience the product,” reads a press statement issued by Tally.
Speaking at the launch, Bharat Goenka, Managing Director, Tally Solutions, said “There are around 4-5 million GST registered companies who maintain their books of accounts on Tally. We understand that all of them and other businesses in the country are anxious and concerned about the implications of this revolutionary tax regime.”
He added, “We are committed to walking the GST journey with businesses in the country and supporting them every step of the way.”
