India Milli Council to hold “Save Constitution Build Nation” convention in New Delhi

Stating that, our constitution today faces threats to its existence in spirit and practice, India Milli Council announced that, Council will organise a national Convention “Save Constitution and Build the Nation” on July 30 in New Delhi.

We must keep in mind that today’s war is between India’s Constitution and the regressive ways of our polity. It is a big challenge before us to keep intact what have been guaranteed of Justice, Equality, Fraternity, Plurality, Tolerance and freedom in the Constitution because some forces are bent upon changing this character, alleged India Milli Council.

They also stated that, one totally agrees with Pranab Mukherjee that the soul of India resides in pluralism and tolerance. These are corner stones of our Constitution.
