SENSATIONAL BLIND MURDER CASE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS BY THE POLICE OF SOUTH-WEST DISTRICT, NEW DELHI.

CRIME DETAILS:

  • MAIN ACCUSED IS TRAINER DRIVER OF DECEASED.
  • ACCUSED PLANNED ROBBERY OF HOUSE BY KILLING ALL HOUSE MEMBERS.
  • ACCUSED MURDERED DECEASED BY GUNSHOT.
  • WEAPON OF OFFENCE AND VEHICLE USED RECOVERED.

A joint team of Special Staff, AATS and PS Bindapur of South-West Distt, comprising SI Naveen Kumar (Spl Staff), SI Manoj Bhatia, SI Naresh Kumar (AATS), SI Pawan, ASI Shiv Kumar, Ct Devender, Ct Brijesh, Ct Jaikishan (PS Bindapur) under the close supervision of Insp. Special Staff Ramesh Kumar, Insp. AATS Raj Kumar, Insp Surender Chahal (PS Bindapur) and overall supervision of ACP Balraj Singh Dahiya has solved the sensational murder of 19 yrs old young girl in PS Bindapur area.

Brief facts of case:

          Complainant Smt Rajbala w/o Late Satish Prakash R/O WZ-9, Dayalsar Road Uttam Nagar brought her daughter Dolly to Mata Chanan Devi Hospital Janakpuri with head injury. The girl was declared brought dead by doctors and police was informed due to suspicion by doctors. During body examination, a gunshot injury was noticed. During close inspection of the place of occurrence i.e. house of deceased, two empty cartridges and a lead was recovered. Accordingly case FIR No. 1319/15 U/s 302 IPC & 27 Arms Act was registered at PS Bindapur and investigation was taken up.

Team and Operation:

Seeing the gravity of the case, the above team was constituted and investigation was conducted in different angles. The family members and contact persons of the deceased were interrogated. Through technical surveillance, many persons were also analyzed. Team zeroed on one Mukesh Rathore who had been teaching driving to the deceased since last 3 days. He was interrogated thoroughly in custody. Initially he tried to mislead the police team and claimed that he actually tried to save the girl by taking her to hospital with other family members. But he contradicted on few points and so was interrogated at length. After some time he broke down and admitted to commit the crime. Accordingly he was arrested.

Interrogation :

During the interrogation, accused Mukesh Kumar confessed that he needed money badly as he had borrowed from many persons who had been pressurizing him to repay them. He was also member to many monthly financial committees and he had to deposit money in those. To earn the quick money he planned to commit robberies and joined one Mohit Kaushik with him. Mohit was also in need of money. Both acquired a Pistol (7.65mm) and cartridges from Ghaziabad (UP). They conducted reccee of several petrol pumps and wine shops in the area for purpose of committing robberies. Meanwhile family of the deceased engaged Mukesh for teach driving to the deceased 3 day ago. During one training session he got to know that the family of deceased has received huge sum of money from sale of property which is kept at home. Mukesh and Mohit planned to loot the money by murdering the deceased and other family members. At 05.00 AM on 12.09.15, both came at the house of deceased and Mukesh called her out for driving session. As the deceased sit in the car, Mukesh fired at her head from close range and robbed her mobile and purse.  She collapsed immediately. Leaving her bleeding in the car, both went on first floor but found that other family members are awaken. This made them scared and they fled away from the house. Mukesh asked Mohit to flee from the spot with the pistol and robbed articles while he himself stayed at spot and shouted that somebody has killed Dolly. He also accompanied the mother of deceased to take her to hospital but she was declared brought dead. Both the accused persons have been arrested. Pistol and the robbed articles have been recovered.

Accused Persons Arrested:     

  1. Mukesh Rathore S/O Rajhans Rathore R/O 310, RZT Extn, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Age-32 years
  2. Mohit Kaushik S/O Late Shiv Kumar R/O RZ-278, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar Delhi Age-26 years

  • 1 Maruti Eeco Car used in the incident
  • Robbed money Rs. 11000/-
  • Robbed ATM Card of deceased
