The campaigning by Aam Aadmi Party candidates for Patparganj and Delhi Cantt – Manish Sisodia and former NSG commando Surender Singh – ended on a high note on Monday, the last day for campaigning.

Sisodia campaigned non-stop for six-and-a-half hours crisscrossing the Patparganj constituency on Monday. He started his “maha rally” from Neelam Mata Mandir in Mayur Vihar Phase II at 10am and moved to East Vinod Nagar. In Mayur Vihar, a large number of supporters joined the rally and went up to West Vinod Nagar where more people joined in. By the time the rally reached Acharya Niketan after campaigning in Shri Ram Chowk, Mandawali, Pandav Nagar, Shashi Garden, Jawahar and Shahtri Mohalla, around 1,500 supporters had gathered, throwing traffic out of gear.
