Australian Gillespie Sports Academy blown away by MP State Cricket Academy at Gaur City Cricket Stadium

Greater Noida (West), April 26, 2016: In an exciting cricket match held at Gaur City Cricket stadium, M.P. State Cricket Academy (U-19) won against Australian Gillespie Sports Academy (U-19) by 244 runs. With brilliant efforts from Himanshu (66) and Lokesh Singh (68) the team managed to achieve a massive score of 376 which turned out to be a difficult chase for Australian Gillespie Sports Academy team who were bowled out for mere 132 runs.
The tournament began with Australian Gillespie Sports Academy winning the toss and opting to field. However, the flat track offered no assistance to Australian Gillespie Sports Academy bowlers. M.P. State Cricket Academy’s opening batsman took full advantage of the condition registering a partnership of 140 runs for the first wicket. The only silver lining for the Australian team was Callam Agnew who claimed 3 wickets for 68 runs in his 10 overs. However, the Australian team was never comfortable chasing the huge target as they lost wickets at regular intervals. Man of the match Prankesh Rai claimed 4 wickets for 51 runs to wrap up the match
