MBA Department, I.T.S. Engineering College organized Orientation Programme to welcome MBA 8 th Fresher Batch 2016-18 on 24th August 2016 in RAMAN Hall. The Programme was inaugurated by lighting of Lamp by Dr. Vineet Kansal Director ITSEC, Dr. Gagandeep Arora, Dr. Anupam Narula, Prof. Ankur Srivastava HOD , MBA Department and faculty member of MBA Department. The first session started with presentation about ITS The Education Group  given by Prof. Neelakshi. The programme continued by Address by Director ITSEC, Dr. Vineet Kansal in which he welcomed the students and wished them a very bright future. He told students about culture and achievements of ITS. Dr. Gagandeep Arora, Dean Academic Affairs addressed the Students and told them about the rules and regulations of College. Prof. Ankur Srivastva, Coordinator MBA addressed the students and introduced their faculty colleagues. He motivated the students at all and explained how to handle work pressure and tackle difficult situations in life by utilizing opportunities. In continuation Dr. Anupam Narula, Professor, FORE School of Management took a wonderful session on “Expectation and challenges for MBA graduates in present environment”. He focused on practical learning approach for the students, creativity & innovation, startup as entrepreneur and many more. He handled the student’s queries very wisely. Three MBA Alumni of ITS EC also shared their experience and knowledge with students. Students familiarized with the culture of the college, study patterns, discipline, exam rules, CRC, EDC for their career and boosted their confidence to show their potential in coming two years. The program was concluded with warm wishes to the students for coming session. Mr. Sachin Sinha extended thanks to all for providing their whole hearty support in organizing the event. Event was coordinated by Prof. L.K Verma and Sachin Sinha, Assistant professor, MBA department.
