A.R Rahman launched the Prelude of his first directional debut “LE MUSK”
The legendry music composer and global icon A.R. Rahman is now heading towards the directorial lane for the movies. As he today exclusively launched the prelude of his directional debut “Le Musk”, the world’s first cinematic Virtual Reality immersive narratives.
Firstly an Academy Award winning composer and now a director, it seems Rahman is going to be unstoppable. Along with him, Gautam Dutta the CEO of PVR Ltd. was also there to grace the event. After being showcased in Las Vegas, “Le Musk” prelude is launched in Noida, India.
While asking Rahman for his whole sole experience of “Le Musk”, he narrated, “It was all about thirteen days in Rome, for me this entire movie is special and favorite. This is going to be an Indian way of English film. It’s all started with music that today I am into this directorial zone. Film making is really a difficult task, though my creative team handled everything and even helped me to make it possible.” About his upcoming project, he in a secretive manner revealed, “My next project is based on India culture, basically on the dance form of India.”
Written and directed by Rahman, “Le Musk” is produced under the banner of YM Movies Production and a Canada based production house, Ideal Entertainment. Set in Rome, the plot of the movie revolves around the life of an orphan child Juliet by Nora Arnezeder, who’s also a part time musician. It also stars Guy Burnet, Munirih Jahanpour & Mariam Zohrabyan. Well, as per the title suggest, the movie “Le Musk” is based on Smell.
