She further emphasized the need of organic food which is very essential for getting a healthy body. She briefly described her food habits which are mostly based on simple nutritious and natural products.
She said that the “Skin that is healthy from the inside glows from the outside.” She advised for taking clean and organic food as with heavy pollution and the stress of balancing work and family life together, along with unhealthy snacking and intake of junk food, glowing skin has become an elusive concept for us. These days, most of us complain about blemishes, acne, and pimples. Makeup only hides them, but a healthy diet keeps them at bay. If we can bring some modifications in our diet and follow the basic CTM (Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturizing) regimen, it is possible to acquire glowing skin naturally.
Her speech was well received by the audience who warmly clapped for her highly informative speech. The function ended with vote of thanks and assurance from the chief guest that she will be engaged with such programmes of the institute in future.
