Mother’s Day celebration by Leo Club Noida

Mother’s Day was celebrated by Leo Club Noida, along with Socio-economic Empowerment Foundation of India (SEFI) at their Roshini Education Centre, in Indira market, Sector – 27, Noida. Roshini is a centre for education to help children of economically weaker section after school hours. A drawing and essay competition was organised for 45 students of the centre. The wonderful essays and drawings presented by the students on the topics “mother” and “family” clearly showed that their abilities are second to none. The mothers too enjoyed a lot by playing musical chairs, and dancing to various Bollywood songs along with their children. “Registers, pens, and crayons were given to all the students as per their need”, Aditya said, while adding that Leo Club Noida has made a habit of celebrating most festivals with people from the underprivileged background. Mr Ahmad, Mr Rashid Khan, and Mr Nakul were present from SEFI, and Shivani Pandey, Aditya Srivastava, Ankit Sharma, and Lion Dr Nimesh Kumar represented Leo Club Noida.
