MANOJ TIWARI ASKS E.D.M.C. TO ENSURE RELIEF FOR GHAZIPUR MISHAP VICTIMS & WORK TO DEVELOP ADDITIONAL LANDFILL SITE & SCIENTIFIC DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE

New Delhi, 1st Sept. North East Delhi M.P. & Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari has expressed concern & grief over the mishap causing fatal casualty at Ghazipur Landfill Site.

Shri Tiwari has sought a immediate report from the Mayor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation Smt. Neema Bhagat and has asked the civic body to ensure proper relief for those injured.

Shri Tiwari has said that it is important that steps be taken to develop alternate additional landfill sites for Delhi and scientific disposal of garbage be ensured. We must try to avoid stacking of Garbage Mountains.
