Yamuna Authority cancels land allotment to Jaypee Infratech to help buyers

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority on Monday in Greater Noida organised a press conference to announce that in its 61st board meeting authority approved a proposal to sell Jaypee land to recover its INR 2889 crore dues on the builder, said Chairman of YEIDA Prabhat Kumar.
Yamuna authority has also decided on Monday to cancel land allotment to Jaypee Infratech to help buyers for getting refund, he added.

Under the residential plots scheme of YEIDA, 03 yrs (2013 to 2016) has been declared as ‘Zero Period’, following that person’s who have been 21,000 allotees can submit the amount of plots till 2019 or before.
