Students Take Part in Vernacular Sports Activities at Bharat Ram Global School Annual Sports Day

The annual sports fun day of the Bharat Ram Global School, Greater Noida was organized on December 2nd at the school premises under the chairmanship of Prabhat Kumar Ex Governor of Jharkhand. The energetic event witnessed massive participation from students in both junior and senior categories.

Chief guest for the event was IG Meerut Range Ram Kumar and the guest of Honor were Love Kumar , SSP, Gautam Budh Nagar and Abhay Kumar Singh, PS ,Agriculture Ministry and Suniti SP(RA), Greater Noida. Program began with lighting of lamp and all the dignitaries were felicitated with a bouquet and a shawl as a token of love and gratitude by school principal Rajni Jauhari followed by a welcome song performed by the students .

Junior students enjoyed fun sporting events like sack race and Maths Sum’s race while the parents seemed very happy cheering for their children participating in the event. For seniors, athletic events like sprint race and obstacle race were held. After that winners of different events were awarded by the eminent guest. Speaking during the event chief guest Ram Kumar said “Sports should also be a priority in schools and colleges and this kind of event encourage and provide a platform for the students to showcase their talent It is very refreshing to be among such dynamic and energetic school kids”.

Principal Rajni Jauhari congratulated and encouraged the winners.

She said, “Sporting events at the school level help a student to be physically and mentally fit. It also helps in initial development of professional sports-persons.”
