Inspector-Constable Suspended following security breach during PM Modi’s Noida Visit!

Following the inauguration of Kalkaji-Botanical Magenta Metro Line route PM Modi had addressed a public rally in Amity Ground on Sunday. While returning back from the venue PM Modi’s cavalcade took a wrong turn on the Noida expressway and was trapped in traffic for few moments.

The serious security breach was taken on high priority and Noida SSP ordered an immediate inquiry of the lapse. Following the report of the inquiry, today Inspector Dileep Singh and Constable Dayanand both attached to Dankaur police station have been suspended from duty for their questionable role in the debacle.

Both were stationed in warning vehicle which was responsible for manning the turn from which PM’s cavalcade erroneously went onto expressway. The planned turn was only 200 meters away and PM’s security had to remove one bus and few motorcycles to clear the way for the VVIP movement.
