Noida Authority launches two land allotment schemes on start of New Year!

Noida Authority has launched two schemes on the first day of 2018. An Industrial Scheme to launch plots of over 4 acre was launched together with the transport Nagar scheme for 500 plots.

Transport Nagar is spread over 26 acres in Sector 69 and was conceptualized in a way to offer amenities to transporters.

Transport Nagar was announced eight years back and was competed in 2014. The plot allotment scheme has been launched before as well with different rates. However once the prices whereas second time the judicial cases forbid the schemes being successful.

Currently he plots with size of 120 sqm and 150 sqm are being offered at a rate of 24,060 sqm.

Apart from it the industrial plots with plot size above 5 acre are being offered on Noida expressway.
