Supertech Czar Builder-Buyer meet with Authority officials, demands raised to increase FAR!

On Monday a delegation of residents of Supertech Czar buyers held a meeting with Supertech Builder in presence of Greater Noida Authority CEO Debasish Panda. Supertech Czar project is situated in Sector Omicron-1 in Greater Noida and has come to light after its residents attempted to organize a massive car rally on Sunday to raise the issue of grave injustice being meted out to them. They had also alleged of a malicious nexus between erstwhile authority officials and Supertech builders.
On Monday Greater Noida authority CEO Debasish Panda called both builders and buyers for a meeting to look for an amicable solution of their issues. The builder has constructed around thousand flats more than the existing permissible FAR(Floor Area Ratio) and authority later sealed them after they were fully constructed and sold out.
Society residents had also approached High court with their grievance which has further directed the Greater Noida authority to hear both the parties and find a solution.
On monday’s meeting both parties presented their issue and demanded a resolution. Buyers allege that builder has constructed over one thousand flats at land reserved for public amenities. However builder claims that erstwhile UP Government has allowed the provision of purchasing more FAR and constructing more flat in the area. They also claim that they have already applied for additional FAR which remains pending at the authority.
CEO Debasish Panda kept his decision on the issue safe and it is expected that a solution out of this logjam can be ordered by the end of this week.
