Authority employees transfer list expected by first week of July, staff plans for protest

As per the new transfer policy implemented by Uttar Pradesh government, now the transfer of permanent officers and the staffs of different authority in the state hare about to take place. As per grapevine within the first week of July, the first list of transfers will be issued.

In the first phase around 25% of officers and staffs will be transferred and the rest of them will be transferred to other authorities within a year. Policy has also been adopted by Greater Noida Authority board through by-circulation method and the accepted memorandum was sent to the administration.

Earlier such kind of transfers were not applicable to the industrial authorities of the region but after passing of Centralized Services Act government has now introduced this step. Permanent staff now will be transferred to all the nine different authorities present in the state. In this the staffs and officers of Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Authority will not be interchanged among three authorities but will be transferred to other districts.

But majority of staff members are not fine with this new transfer policy and they have already filed litigation in the court against this transfer policy which was also accepted by court and now on 2nd July hearing will be done on the issue. Authority staffs are hopefull that they will get relief from court on the basis of documents which they had presented before court .

For now Noida authority has 1400 staff members while Greater Noida authority has 250 staffs and hundreds of more staff in other authorities who are under the purview of these transfers. The staff members are also planning to do a state wide protest against this policy if they will not get relief from court side.
