New Delhi (28/12/18) : Sonam Kapoor’s next film based on lesbian love, “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga” is all set to hit the silver screen in February next year.
The trailer of the most unexpected romantic flick of the year was released on Thursday and left viewers astonished. The trailer is about to cross seven million views in just 24 hours with more than one lakh likes.
In a two and half minute trailer, which begins with the entry of Sahil Mirza (Rajkumar Rao) into a (play) theatre, introducing himself as the writer-director of the play named “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga” and requesting the audience to watch the performance with their hearts.
It can be seen in the video that Sweety’s family wants to get her married but on the other side, she’s also aware of her true love that might not find acceptance in her family and society.
Starcast of the film includes Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Juhi Chawla, and Abhishek Duhan, while Anil Kapoor is playing the role of Sonam Kapoor’s father.
The film is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
