AAP-Congress alliance in Delhi will benefit BJP: Manoj Tiwari

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party and Congress party may form and alliance in coming future to counter BJP in the national capital.
2014 Lok Sabha polls figures shows that if Aam Aadmi Party and Congress form an alliance in Delhi, the alliance will successful in winning six out of seven seats.
Today Ten News talked with BJP Delhi President and MP Manoj Tiwari about, if both the parties forms an alliance in Delhi, “will AAP-CONGRESS alliance make Delhi election more challenging for the saffron party ?
“If Aam Aadmi Party and Congress Party will form an alliance in the national capital then the alliance will only ease the saffron party, the alliance will give a clear message to the citizens of Delhi that both of the parties were already aligned (two sides of a same coin), and both of the parties were involved in corruption”, said Manoj Tiwari.
When ask about the saffron party’s delay in announcing of the name of candidates for the seven Lok Sabha seats from Delhi as the party is waiting for the confirmation of AAP-CONGRESS alliance.
The leader denied saying, “we are selecting the candidates through a democratic procedure and party will announce the names of the candidates by the first week of April.”
While asking about Gautam Gambhir, Tiwari said that it will be confirmed soon that the former cricketer will be contesting or not
