Six booked for illegal mining from farmer’s field and assaulting him

Five miners and a driver of an excavator were booked for illegally extracting sand from a farm in a village in Rabupura. The police action came after a few locals filed a complaint on Friday, alleging that the accused also tried to threaten the farm owners.

The complainant along with some villagers approached police for filing the complaint regarding the incident of illegal mining. In his complaint the victim mentioned that the accused also assaulted him and fired some aerial shots after the victim reached his farm after receiving information of the extracting.

In the whole incident, the involvement of police is also under suspicion, which will also get clear after proper investigation. For now, the police is trying to nab the accused in the incident.
