Authorities may hike land rates in meet next week

Come Monday and land is expected to get costlier in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway, as the three development authorities are likely to announce a 10% to 15% hike in the allotment price across all categories of land. In a joint board meeting of the three authorities, scheduled for June 2, 2014, sources said the main agenda would be to ink the spike in land allotment rates.
