Kriti Sanon enjoys impromptu dinner with Priyanka Chopra, calls her ‘girl crush’

After raising the temperature at the New York Fashion Week, actors Priyanka Chopra and Kriti Sanon bonded with each other over a dinner outing with friends in New York. The two were joined in by socialite Natasha Poonawala, publicist Rohini Iyer, Czech model Karolina Kurkova and fashion stylist Edwardo. Kriti shared a picture from the evening on her Instagram handle on Wednesday.

She wrote, “Impromptu plans are the best!! It was so lovely meeting u last night @priyankachopra !! GirlCrush @natasha.poonawalla good to seeya in a different city this time, @rohiniyer this trip has been fab..! To many more (sic).”

Bollywood divas, Priyanka and Kriti were looking stunning in their outfits. Priyanka was dressed in black long sleeves dress, which flaunted her toned midriff, from her appearance at the Oscar de la Renta fashion show. She teamed it up with black high heels and a little box bag to complete her look.



Kriti Sanon chose to wear an off-shoulder red dress paired with white shoes.

Apart from this, actor Priyanka is making a comeback to Hindi film industry, after a long break of three years with her upcoming film ‘The Sky Is Pink’. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film cast also includes Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. The film is based on the real life of a motivational speaker, Aisha Chaudhary, who suffered an immune deficiency at the age of 13. It also sheds light on the love story of her parents. The role of the parents will be played by Priyanka and Farhan and Zaira will be seen as Aisha Chaudhary. The film is scheduled to release on October 11, 2019.

The film will also be screened at Toronto International Film Festival on September 13.

Meanwhile, Kriti has three releases line up this year – Farhad Samji’s Housefull 4, Rohit Jugraj’s Arjun Patiala and Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat.
