IHGF 2022: “Pleasant experience, very high-quality products”, comment foreign buyers at the fair

Greater Noida, 17th October 2022: At the 54th edition of IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn 2022 organised by the Exports Promotion Council for Handicrafts, the International wholesale buyers were quite glad and enthusiastic to have started trading with Indian exporters.

“We are so happy to be back at the fair, see the products in real and be able to touch them. We are much more comfortable than to have to choose items from pictures,” said Martina, a German bulk buyer, who is planning to source home decor from India.

An American trader from A&F Home Goods appreciated the exporters for their efforts to present a wide range of handicrafts with good quality. She further commented on the hospitality and stated that the people at the expo are very nice to deal with and they hope to make good money together.

“It was a pretty pleasant experience, the products here are of very high quality. We have found lots of good supplies,” commented Tyla from Naveda trading in Australia, “we wish we had more time to check out the collection.”

While other Italian traders sourcing home decor, textiles and furniture from India also said that they were glad to have attended the IHGF 2022. “We like the place and there are good products here,” they said. “It is very beautiful but since we’re trading with India for the first time, we are hopeful for a long-term business and good quality products.”
