Residential plot in Noida sold for 1000 crore, exponential bidding surprises all

Noida, 23rd October, 2022: A residential plot of 450 square metres in Noida’s Sector 44 that was priced at 9.31 crores received a bid of more than 1000 crores in the Noida Authority’s housing scheme, surprising both the authority officers and the buyers.

Noida Authority is holding an auction to buy 140 plots in Sectors 31, 33, 34, 35, 43, 44, 47, 51, 52, 105, 108, 93B, and 151 as part of this housing scheme. Plots ranging from 112 square metres to 532 square metres have been included in this.

It has never happened before that a bid has exceeded several times the base price of the plot. This bid will now be reviewed by the Noida Authority.
