New Delhi, Nov 12, 2022: On Saturday, Congress unveiled its election manifesto for the Gujarat Assembly elections.
The manifesto was revealed by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
The Congress manifesto has promised farmers’ debt waiver, gas cylinder at Rs 500 and 300 free units of electricity. The party manifesto also says, “Congress will stop mindless privatization of healthcare and education.”
Furthermore, the manifesto also promises hiring for 10 lakh government seats to the youth of Gujarat so that they can live a life of dignity. The party will also give government jobs to those who lost their kins due to coronavirus.
After the release of the party manifesto, Gujarat Congress President Jagdish Thakor said that they were “forming government in Gujarat by winning over 125 seats.”
After the launch of the election manifesto, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot said, “Rahul Gandhi told us that people should be asked what should be there in manifesto. Earlier there used to be committee. Now after Rahul Gandhi’s suggestions people are asked about what should be there in manifesto.”
