New Delhi (India), 9th May 2023: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch development projects worth more than Rs 5,500 crore in Rajasthan on Wednesday. According to a BJP spokeswoman in Jaipur, the prime minister would also speak at a public gathering planned by the party on Abu Road in Sirohi district.
The prime minister’s projects will focus on improving infrastructure and connectivity in the region, according to the PMO, road and railway construction will facilitate the movement of goods and services, boosting trade and commerce, and improving the socioeconomic conditions of the region’s people.
Among some of the projects, Modi will lay the groundwork for two-lane road construction projects in Rajsamand and Udaipur, as well as the reconstruction of the Udaipur Railway Station.
Modi will inaugurate three national highway projects: the 114-kilometer-long six-lane Udaipur-Shamlaji stretch of NH-48, the 110-kilometer-long expanding and strengthening to four lanes with paved shoulders of the Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur stretch of NH-25, and the 47-kilometer-long two-lane with paved shoulder section of NH 58E.
The prime minister will also pay a visit to the Shantivan campus of the Brahma Kumaris, a religious group.According to the PMO, the prime minister has placed a specific emphasis on promoting spiritual rejuvenation throughout the country.
He will build the groundwork for a super speciality philanthropic global hospital, the second phase of Shivmani old age home, and also commence the nursing college’s expansion.
The hospital will be built on 50 acres of land along Abu Road. It would provide world-class medical facilities and will be especially advantageous to the region’s poor and tribal inhabitants.
