Mumbai (India), 22nd May 2023: Anupam Kher had a shoulder injury while filming his forthcoming flick Vijay 69. Kher shared a photo of himself on Monday with a sling around his right hand, concealing his shoulder.
The actor captioned the post and stated in Hindi that he was injured while filming Vijay 69. Kher said that the experience was unpleasant, but when the physician applying the sling told them that he had done the same for Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan, his pain subsided slightly.
But he said the ache persists, he explained further and said, “ Agar mai thoda sa zor se khaansu to muh se cheekh zarur nikalti hai( if I cough too hard, a scream escapes my mouth).”
Kher stated in the post that he would continue shooting in a day or two. He also recalled the banter he had with his mother post his injury.
Vijay 69 tells the story of a an elderly guy (Kher) who decides to compete in a triathlon at the age of 69. Akshay Roy, who earlier directed Meri Pyaari Bindu for YRF, directs the movie and the film is being produced by Maneesh Sharma.
