‘India’s tallest mall -Saya Status- to Come to Noida’s Sector 129

Noida, 22nd June 2023: With an investment of over Rs 2,000 crore, Delhi-NCR-based real estate business Saya Group is aiming to build “India’s tallest mall,” Saya Status, in Sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Motorway.
According to the business, the overall built-up area will be 1.4 million square feet, including 1.1 million square feet of leasable space.
Saya Status will have nine storeys and will feature a variety of luxury brands and facilities, according to the business along with this the 4.6-acre plot on which the commercial centre is being built is completely paid for.
The project’s construction is moving smoothly, with almost 25% of the work completed. The mall is scheduled to open in 2025.
According to the corporation, it was created by the international architectural firm DP Architects, which is based in Singapore.
Saya Group Chairman and Managing Director Vikas Bhasin stated, “We are committed to developing Saya Status, India’s tallest mall, into one of the country’s iconic commercial spaces. For this, the company is investing over Rs 2,000 crore in the project. The overall investment cost also includes nearly Rs 1,000 crore in land cost and construction cost of around Rs 500- 600 crore. The funding will be through internal accruals and loans.”
According to the corporation, over 55 brands have been finalised, with approximately 30 having signed agreements to join. According to him, the mall would have a total parking capacity of 1,600 vehicles. Aside from underground parking, this mall will offer floor-by-floor parking from the fourth to the ninth floors.
The lower ground floor will be dedicated to a hypermarket, the ground floor to international fashion companies, and the upper two floors to clubs and bars. Saya Piazza in Jaypee Wish Town and Saya South X in Greater Noida West are two additional projects in the works for Saya Group.
