The Minister said that Ayurvedic practices have been mentioned in our ancient inscriptions. Our ancestors have used these systems for thousands of years. Their foundation is rooted in nature, which is why they have minimal side effects. This is the reason these methods are still considered safe and effective today. Also said that the Ayuryog Expo as an event reflects our respect for our ancient and rich health systems and our commitment to their development. Traditional and natural health practices like Yoga, Ayurveda, and Naturopathy have become more relevant today than ever before. Traditional systems like Ayurveda and Yoga not only help in treating diseases but also provide holistic health by balancing our body, mind, and soul. These natural methods play an important role in controlling lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and depression. Another important aspect of these ancient methods is that they are affordable and accessible. These systems have a centuries-old history in our country and are an integral part of our cultural heritage. Events like Ayuryog Expo not only help preserve this heritage but also work to establish it on a global platform.
