G. L. Bajaj Hosts Grand Academic Event: ज्ञानदीप Awards, International Delegation Meet & MoU Ceremony

GREATER NOIDA News (19/09/2025): G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, hosted a grand academic event, featuring the ज्ञानदीप Award Ceremony 2025, the International Delegation Meet, the MoU Ceremony, and an International Guest Lecture. The day reflected a perfect blend of celebration, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

The ज्ञानदीप Award Ceremony recognized outstanding faculty members for their remarkable contributions.

Research Excellence Award: Dr. Ambuj Saxena (ME), Dr. Purnendu Shekhar Pandey (ECE)
Consistent Performance Award: Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (MCA), Dr. Krishanu Kundu (ECE), Dr. Pankaj Kumar (CSE)
Young Faculty Excellence Award: Ms. Aradhna Saini (CSE), Mr. Mohammad Anas (MBA)
Diversity & Inclusion Award: Dr. Payal Garg (CSE), Ms. Shweta Singh (MBA), Ms. Deepkiran Munjal (MCA), Ms. Priyanka Datta (EEE)
Dronacharya Award: Dr. P. C. Vashist (CSIT), Dr. Purnendu Shekhar Pandey (ECE)
The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Preeti Bajaj, Director, GLBITM, whose inspiring presence added great value to the occasion.
The institute also had the privilege of hosting a distinguished delegation from the University of Malta, Europe, including Prof. Carl James Debono (Dean, Faculty of ICT), Prof. Lalit Garg (Professor of Computer Information Systems, Faculty of ICT), and Prof. Neville Calleja (Head, Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine & Surgery). Their interactions paved the way for stronger global academic and research collaborations.

A landmark announcement was made, with the University of Malta extending an invitation to GL Bajaj students to visit Malta in December 2025 with full funding support, opening doors to global exposure and transformative learning.

On this occasion, Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions, shared his vision:
